THE HOPSPOT BREWING CO.
SPRINGDALE, ARKANSAS
The Hopspot Brewing Company is a local brewery in Springdale, Arkansas spanning across two closely located sites. By utilizing the two sites, the program is split between the main restaurant and a touring venue that holds our brewhouse. Both project sites are located within walking distance of each other in Springdale, Arkansas.
The project was built on the basis of a sustainable spent-grain flour business that is produced with the by-products of our locally brewed beer. Our Spent Grain Flour will be created to provide customers with numerous health benefits. The production of The Hopspot’s branded products allows for distribution to vendors where products can be sold outside of The Hopspot Brewing Co. Springdale location. The sustainable efforts of The Hopspot can bring recognition to the waste of by-products and an innovator in reusing spent grain in the brewing industry. The product packaging further reflects the bright, bold, and energetic atmosphere to be created within the brewery.
This project was designed in collaboration with three group members at the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design.
